Luxe Bidet MB320 Double Nozzle Fresh and Warm Water Spray Bidet Toilet Seat Attachment from Luxe Reviews

Great product and excellent customer service

Ashvin Kannan from Sunnyvale, CA United States - 4 out of 5.

I had a problem with the unit originally shipped (it was leaking in the "off" position) and had to return it.
Thereupon, I had a great customer service experience. I was contacted by the company, who explained the possible cause of the problem and shipped me a replacement which they said was manufactured with a new process. It was easy to install and works as advertised. Great experience overall. Wish other companies could have similar customer service too!

Great Product

B. Fiedler from Phoenix, AZ USA - 5 out of 5.

A word of caution to the installer: Use _plenty_ of teflon tape (not included) when affixing their new plastic connector to the toilet tank's water inlet. I had to redo part of the installation at least 4 times because I kept using too little, and it would gradually leak water onto the floor. Now that that's fixed, though, this thing is AWESOME!
It is no longer a chore to go #2. No more wasted hand soap and toilet paper..

Works for Me

Solar Powered USA. from Erie PA - 4 out of 5.

Works as attended, but you do not really need the two nozzle or heated water to do the job. I have only cold water going to the heat inlet so to make the cleaning spray for the nozzles to work. There is nothing attached to the cold inlet and no water comes out of it. What I really would like to have is make the nozzles go at a 10-15 degrees angle, so they physically move foreword while opening, right now they go straight down to open and operate. You can not adjust any angles of spray, I think it is too low, would like a higher angle. Right now you have to sit forward, I do that any ways, or scoot your butt lower into the bowl to aim where you want it. The two nozzles aim at the 'same' spot, I can not tell the difference, maybe it is for sanitary separations? You can go with the cheaper models and be just fine with it, but I had to see for myself, any differences of the two nozzles, not on this model. Do not pay more than the $79-99 plus free shipping I paid for on the web, It would not be worth it.

A model with air drying might be worth looking for, or you need to sit there and air dry for a few minutes, if you have the time. And you males may want to lift your sack before spraying or it will get drenched with water.

The nozzles butt right up to the back of the bowl, which is going to make it harder to clean around bowl and behind the nozzles, without taking the seat off the toilet. All in all, I wish I had bought one of these sooner. Cleaner butt and cleaner hands, I am all for it, what are you waiting for? Buy one.

Great product and easy installation

Duane Lakoduk from Minneapolis, MN USA - 5 out of 5.

I don't often submit a review for a product like this, but I read a few reviews that indicated less than positive results and felt compelled to share my experience.

I found it very easy to install and functionally very good. All the necessary parts came with this item to hook it up to the cold and hot water supply. It took my only about 1 hour to install it, and most of that time was just to remove, and reinstall the toilet seat. It's "aim" is right on and the water temperature mixing valve ajustment is sensitive but very repeatable and consistent. I would suggest, however, turning on the hot water to your sink before using it, then running the nozzel cleaner to pull hot water to the device before turning on the bidet.

The convenience and ease of installation is well worth the cost of this item. Highly recommended.

hot setting not hot enough

C Coyne from Chicago, IL USA - 4 out of 5.

While the entire family love the luxe bidet, we do have one concern. Even on the hottest setting, the water only seems to be luke warm. This is after letting the bidet run for a while to cycle the hot water through. I wonder if there is a way to decrease the mix of cold water to get the temp up. Oh, how we long for a nice warm rinse...

Luxe Bidet MB320 Double Nozzle Fresh and Warm Water Spray Bidet Toilet Seat

This is the best device I have installed in my property. Reasonable price, easy to install, and easy to use. I am going to have this device for all of my bathrooms in the house.

Luxe Bidet Review

J. Reilly from NY Metro Area - 5 out of 5.

Most important, we found that this device works well. That is to say, it sprays a stream of water at a comfortable temperature and pressure (both adjustable) up into the intended parts of the body, allowing one to clean thoroughly. We found it especially helpful in caring for a senior senion citizen who has difficulty in performing her own cleaning.

It also is highly effective for cleaning persons with hemorrhoids, or anal fissures or tags.

The unit can be used as a rinse only, or one can use the spray to wet the area, then soap up as desired, and then rinse thoroughly with water. Cleaning with flowing water cannot be beat for good sanitation!

Regarding installation, the unit was very easy to install, and the directions provided were correct and simple. Anyone with basic plumbing home-repair skills would have no problem with this. Someone lacking those skills should call a friend or neighbor who does have those skills. Last resort would be for a professional plumber. We installed it on a short toilet bowl and found good results. I expect that would also be true for elongated bowls.

Regarding the design, the unit seems to be fairly robust. We'll know for sure after a year or two. The design provides for installation with the bolts used to install the toilet seat, which in probably every case are long enough to accommodate the bidet. Since toilet seats come in various configurations based on the manufacturer, the design allows for different widths between the bolts and different distances from the edge of the bowl. This last feature also allows for some latitude in setting the bidet for best accuracy of the stream in both short and elongated bowls.

The design has a clever feature to allow temperature control. In order to purge the bidet tubes and the home hot water pipes of cold water, it has a button to push which allows water to flow fully directly to the toilet bowl until the desired temperature is reached. I don't know if it is by design or by accident, but this feature also helps clean the nozzles should they be sullied by spraying diarrhea etc.

The unit has a mixer valve to control temperature, and another valve to control the flow rate. Both are simple to operate, even by older folks with loss of dexterity and strength. The unit also has a similar selector switch to change between the two nozzles, or allows both nozzles to flow at the same time.

All in all, my opinion is that this device is robust, well engineered with adjustability and several excellent features, and it works. For existing installations where there is no room for both a toilet and a bidet fixture, this is the way to go. I highly recommend this product.

Great product

RKN from USA - 5 out of 5.

My wife's interest in a retrofit type of bidet piqued my interest and I ended up deciding on a Luxe, primarily because of the reviews here. We had initially looked at some that were integrated with a seat system, but those were, frankly, out of our price range at this time. The Luxe seems to be a great value.

Installation was easy--about 45 minutes for someone who has light experience with residential type plumbing. These do not require a real plumber to install, but if you have no experience with hooking up a sink or a toilet connection, I would suggest getting someone who does to do it for you. Not that you couldn't figure it out, but there is a certain amount of "feel" involved in working with those connections and it is possible to under-tighten or over-tighten the connections which could cause you regrettable problems down the road. You don't want to come home one day to a flooded bathroom.

OK--in our case it came down to two issues. 1) Get the one with the hot water connection? 2) Get the double nozzle version?

If you live in a northern climate and, during he winter months, ever turn on your cold water and say, "WOO HOO, that is some COLD water!", you're gonna want the warm water connection. That is, unless you have a walalala with no nerve endings. (You can pretty much figure out what I mean by that.) The warm water connection actually ties into the hot water stop valve under your vanity, so it's not like any significant plumbing modifications are required--assuming that your vanity is pretty close to the toilet. If not, it can still be done, you just might need to buy some longer tubing. The product comes with the necessary T's to tie in. They even give you a pair of nice new, metal reinforced connection hoses.

Regarding whether or not to get the double nozzle version--oh, you know this is such a delicate area. OK--we found that with our toilet seat (which happens to be one of those vinyl covered, cushioned types), the "sighting" was dead on. The wife feels that choosing the double nozzle version was a good decision and adds that the sighting is dead on for both barrels.

Insertion of the bidet assembly does raise the back of the toilet seat about 1/2". It's no biggie to get used to. As a matter of fact, I like it because I wear bifocals and it makes it easier to read.

So. There you have it. Hopefully some information to help you make an informed decision...and without video! You're Welcome!!!!!!!!

Imagine never having to "wipe" ever again!

N. Herradura from Savannah, GA United States - 5 out of 5.

I bought the Luxe Bidet MB320 for my Grandmother, who was having a hard time cleaning up after using the restroom. She absolutely loved it for its ease of use and effectiveness. I tried it out for myself later and I was surprised by the strength of the jet of water. Turning the dial halfway is more than enough to thoroughly cleanse your bottom. This particular model has another nozzle for the ladies which is just as strong. The ladies of the house giggle a bit when I mention it. I wonder why.

Now before buying, make sure that your toilet is compatible. Check this image: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images/B001KKRCGE/ref=dp_otherviews_1?ie=UTF8&s=hi&img=1

Installation was simple, but it involves removing the toilet cover so you will need an adjustable wrench. This model has a hot and cold dial, but I chose not to install the hot water line because we were fine with the cold water.

Overall, this is a great product that I recommend to just about anyone and especially the elderly. In fact, once I showed my extended family how useful it was, they all bought one of their own!

great help

G. Nazareno from San Diego - 4 out of 5.

This is a great product. I had bought this item for my dad, who's 93 years old, and it's very simple for him to use. It took a couple of weeks for him to get used to it, but eventually he didn't have any problems after that.

The installation was not complicated; the instructions are very detailed, yet easy to understand. I highly recommend this product for those who have trouble cleaning themselves afterwards as it makes the process extremely convenient.

A really great product!

Julien N. from Los Angeles, CA United States - 5 out of 5.

I know it sounds crazy but, this is the greatest bathroom invention since man got indoor plumbing. I remember everything being fine before cell phones and the internet but without getting graphic this is a major quality of life changer. I've had a couple of friends try it and they immediately ordered one also. You just walk around feeling fresh and nice. And as others pointed out, if you had poop on your arm, you wouldn't just grab some paper, wipe it off and feel very clean.

Also, environmentally, toilet paper is really really bad. (Check out this article from Slate- [...] Of course, I like the fluffy paper as much as anyone, but when using this, you cut down your usage so significantly it's absurd. Basically you only use it to dry yourself off. Toilet paper in America mostly comes from virgin forests and we use 60 lbs per person of it. Add to that the energy used to manufacture, pulp, bleach and transport it and you realize it is horrendously wasteful when there is this way better choice.

I had a friend who is a handyman help me install it and we had it done in ten minutes. Make sure you have the plumber's tape! Also, for those who are not hooking up the hot water, I recommend you hook your cold water up to the hot water nozzle since the nozzle cleaning function uses water from that nozzle. You just turn the dial then all the way to the end of hot and leave it there. It won't be hot but you'll be able to use the nozzle cleaner function.

All in all a fairly priced and great product that will improve your life.

I am now a Bidet Man

TazmanianDevils - 4 out of 5.

This product was bought for my wife. It was a great economic alternative to the expensive full sized versions. As a man I would never think about using, let alone buying, a bidet, however after installing the bidet curiosity got the better of me and I just had to try it out. Although the instructions could be more in depth, it is easy to figure out the installation. While you are using the water turn it on SLOWLY and work our way up to a comfortable pressure. The hot water wasn't connected at first and that made for some very cold experiences, but after connecting the hot water supply it makes it much more comfortable and friendly. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, and yes I am now a Bidet man.

One thing that I would like to point out during installation, if your toilet seat has a clearance problem where it hits the bidet and forces it to move or bend it can be easily remedied by simply placing a couple of garden hose washers between the seat and the bidet.

Oh yes and another thing that is probably common sense but, don't try to check the nozzles while standing in front of the toilet as you will end up wet.

Dripping nozzles

Mitch Elana from Michigan - 1 out of 5.

As soon as we installed the product, both nozzles started dripping in the "off" position. We tried different settigns, turned the device off/on, adjusted the water pressure but both nozzles continue to drip water continuously, at least one drop every 2 seconds. We did not find manufacturer's phone number on the box or in the instructions. The instructions are very basic, just one page with a few installation pictures. They don's have a trouble-shooting section, so as a customer you would either have to fix problems on your own or return the product. Dripping problems aside, the device functions well - the water hits the correct areas.

Product Not Bad but the Installation Was

Jason Cruse - 4 out of 5.

This is the first bidet I've bought and I'm glad I did. I chose this model because of the temperature control and the two "modes". I have not hooked up the hot water attachment yet though and it's perfectly fine without it. While the price seemed a little steep to me for what is essentially a squirt gun, a spigot, and a hose, the quality seems solid so far and everything works properly so I can't complain. Especially compared to the deluxe bidets that cost much more. What I can complain about is the installation. In theory it is simple, even with the terrible instructions that are included. And on a new toilet the installation probably would have been simple. But my toilet was not new and when I started making adjustments, some of the parts began to fail. It was not immediately clear whether the problem was the new bidet, the installation, or my toilet (which had been working fine before I started). It turned out it was the toilet (or parts of it at least) and after a few trips to the hardware store and a couple hours on the floor with a hack saw everything turned out ok but with the extra parts it cost more than I planned, took longer than I expected, and left me not knowing if I would need to call a plumber to have a working toilet in a one toilet house. Looking forward to the day these things come standard.

Bidet spray splashing - tinkering before tinkling

T. Fain from Massachusetts, USA - 4 out of 5.

We bought this to both reduce toilet paper usage and for hygiene. It's a wonderful product. It makes you wonder why it took so long for you to catch on. It only takes 15 minutes to install (you might need a plumber's wrench for the hot water).

But, we were surprised there were not reviews warning about some of the issues or offering up fixes. First, on the bidet (feminine) spray it's pretty hard to keep some small splash from coming out in front between the toilet lid and bowl. To solve this we cut a thin arc of 1/4 inch vinyl board into an elongated bumper and fashioned and attached it with a couple brass screws between the two seat bumpers...worked great, somebody ought to offer it as an accessory. Second, depending upon your seat hinges, they can press down on the unit and deflect the nozzles to a different angle as well as stressing the plastic. On our unit an extra garden hose washer between the unit and the seat took care of the problem.

We truly love the product but it did take some tinkering to get perfect. The company could add a couple washers and a bumper splash guard and it would adapt much more readily to the variety of toilets and seats out there...but, it's an easy fix if you've got one and have any problems.

Absolutely the best in personal hygiene.

Claire Lamberth - 5 out of 5.

My gynecologist recommended this bidet and said she was going to buy two more for her other bathrooms. That did it for me and I ordered one the same day. I used to live in Europe and was accustomed to having bidets in the bathroom. I like the Luxe bidet much better than those because it is less cumbersome and more hygienic.

Since having it installed, I use it all the time and have never felt so fresh. A big benefit is that I no longer am using all those personal hygiene wipes which is much better for the environment and much less costly in the long run.

My only warning is not to turn the pressure too high when you use it and never turn it on if you are not seated. You don't need more than a gentle flow of water.

This is a great product, reasonably priced and I recommend it highly.

Love it, Love, it, Love it!

Sonia Lambajian from Chicago, IL - 5 out of 5.

This bidet has been the best addition to my life in terms of personal hygiene! It's amazing, and I love that it has cut down on toilet paper usage. I just feel so clean. I really don't understand why they aren't a staple in American households. Also, I highly recommend purchasing this bidet if you have hemmorhoids. What a difference it makes! I haven't gotten around to hooking up the warm water yet but even with the cool water only, I'd give this product a 5 out of 5 stars.

not as good as the MB110 model

Terri from Phoenix, AZ - 3 out of 5.

We were very pleased with the MB110 model (single nozzle, no hot water). However, wanted to try the dual nozzle so ordered this one as well. Had a lot of trouble trying to get both nozzles on target, eventually did a makeshift fix using a shim but still the water doesn't go exactly where we want it to and it sometimes sprays outside of the toilet. Did not hook up the hot water portion because do not need it. Will keep trying to adjust this one but may end up not using the feminine nozzle and using only the primary nozzle. Also, cannot get the nozzle wash button to work but that might be because it needs the warm water part functional, not sure about that. If we could go back, we would've ordered a second MB110 model and skipped this one.

Best Bidet for the money (Luxe Bidet MB320)

S. B. Hudson - 5 out of 5.

I have bought the Luxe Bidet MB320 and think it is a wonderful product. I have read the reviews before I bought and it sold me to give the bidet a try. I got it in the mail, they ship you all the parts needed to hook it up. Granted the instructions are not great but its enough for you to figure it out. I have had hemorrhoids problems for years and have used sanitize wipes. After purchasing the MB320 I never need to use the wipes. And my hemorrhoids are not irritated, its a miracle. For all hemorrhoids sufferers this is an excellent product. You will never regret purchasing the product. The MB320 comes with hot and cold hook ups but found the using the cold hook up is good. The water is really at a room temperature and does the job. The added feature for women is great too and my wife loves the product too. Highly Recommended!

Great quality at a great price. You have to try it to believe it!

A. Smith from Princeton, WV United States - 5 out of 5.

"Paul" spoke the truth. I agree with all he said and more.

I made the mistake of getting a different style for the spare bath, and it didn't compare to this Luxe Bidet MB320 Double Nozzle Fresh and Warm Water Spray Bidet Toilet Seat Attachment. For that price, I thought it would be cheap and breakable, but it has exceeded all expectations! Great seller, too!

A really important feature is that you can use the self-cleaning function to run the cold water out of the line--it does NOT spray out of the bowl--it just cleans the nozzles AND the underside of the rim of the bowl. You will quickly learn where your "comfort" temp setting is and then when you are seated and ready, you just select the nozzle you want and ease the water on. Very nice, pleasant and clean. At my age (52) I really appreciate it after a long drive.... or a long ride on my Harley.

In short, for a great price, you get everything you want - the temperature control, the twin nozzles to accommodate your desired angle, and pressure that ranges from gentle stream to pressure washer! Ha!

I have laminate flooring, and I have had NO problems with a wet floor - though I do give a short training course to all new visitors. I just grab the dog's water bowl and use it to deflect the water to show them the works!

To sum it up: It's fun during the good times and it's a lifesaver when a problem flares up. Why did I wait so long to get one?

Awesome!

Joseph Chagan from Brookly, NY United States - 4 out of 5.

Having visited Japan twice now I have been living in constant jealousy of their bathroom hygiene. I've looked into other options but they where all so expensive I had pretty much given up hope till I found a similar bidet to this in a blog post online. After A bit of research and shopping around I settled on this model and love it. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the nozzles point a bit to far forward for my smaller toilet. I have to move further up (towards the front of) the seat when it's cleaning time but that's a small price to pay. The amount of features you get for the price is fantastic and it was very easy to install. I actually had to drill a small hole in the cabinet below my sink but even with that it only took about 15 minutes.

*only other slight complaint, more of an FYI really, is that the way it installs it will actually raise the back of your toilet seat about a 1/4 of an inch. This leads to a very slight incline which I thought was weird at first but now I don't even notice.

It washes your bum. What else is there to say?

M. Starbuck - 4 out of 5.

My first impression taking it out of the box was that it's cheap, lightweight plastic. I'm not sure that I'm wrong but whether or not it will last (which is always my concern with cheap, lightweight plastic), only time will tell.

Installation was a breeze. Everything you need is in the box except a wrench and a razor or scissors. The instructions are straight forward enough with a single picture. All in all I had it up and running in about 20 minutes.

I've..erm...used it a few times since I installed it. Getting the flow correct so you don't pressure wash your bum takes a bit of getting used to but once you figure out where to adjust the knob you're good to go.

Build quality aside, it's not absurdly expensive, it's simple to install and operate and it works. I've already talked about it with friends of mine and will probably purchase another to go on my other toilet sometime in the future.

Luxe Bidet MB320

Mia from Atlanta, GA USA - 4 out of 5.

This is our first bidet and a good starter bidet. Looking forward to possibly getting one with more features. This offers a steady stream of water. Would like to try one with different water patterns. Thanks for all the advice on turning the pressure knob very slowly. Ours was hooked up to the hot and cold water by a plumber since we are not DIY people. Plus, the adaptor that came with it did not fit and the faucet connection had to be changed. The water still only gets but so hot (more like lukewarm) when put on maximum temp. I don't know if an electric one would provide warmer water or not. Don't think I would want to use with just the cold water hookup. Overall, its good for the price. Had it about 2 months. No problems yet.

OK for the price

Diane Cook from Okeechobee Fl. - 3 out of 5.

This bidet is just OK, nothing was mentioned in the ad regarding the size of the toilet seat, ours being rectanguler it does not fit properly the seat will not go all the way down which makes the jets not work right either. But it does work. I would suggest when buying one make sure of the size of your toilet seat and buy accordingly.

so far so good

Nicole & Aaron Fineman from NY, NY United States - 4 out of 5.

i would have given this 5 stars if it came with teflon tape and better instructions.

in short, if you buy this bidet you will be very happy - just go out and buy some teflon tape when you order the bidet, the tape is only $1.

oh yeah, and get a small stool to sit on when you install it - unless you have great knees.

as for the cold vrs hot water debate - i can't weigh in on that yet as our hot water valve is broken so i can't install that feature - but the cold works just fine for us so far.

--- update ---
hooked up the hot water today, it was easy, but i needed to purchase a "basin wrench" similar to this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Michigan-Industrial-Tools-Basin-Wrench/dp/B000NPT5KS/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&s=hi&qid=1252103481&sr=8-6

if the pipes behind your sink are the non flex type you will need one of these also, so save yourself the agony and go to the hardware store to get one - or order this one - once you order this bidet.

and will add that while the cold water alone is fine, the addition of the hot water is even better.

Same as the BB-250 from Bio Bidet.

sg1_fan - 4 out of 5.

I bought this to replace a Bio Bidet BB-250 that started to leak. I specifically got it because it's exactly the same as the BB-250 so that I could keep the plumbing. None of these companies make them, they just pay a Chinese manufacturer to put their logo on a Chinese product. What US company doesn't do that these days?

Anyways, it works as well as my BB-250. The install kit is better, sadly I didn't need it. I'm hoping it lasts more than the 6 months my BB-250 did.

It's a good beginner bidet. The one feature it sorely lacks is adjustable nozzles. Not all toilets are created equal. While this is advertised as fitting 2 piece toilets, on mine it will only fit in a position that makes it too far forward. Thus the stream is too far forward. The nozzles cannot be adjusted for angle so I had to shim it to an angle to work.

Great product, attachment issues with old houses

Raj - 4 out of 5.

I am a convert to Bidet's thanks to this product. Product is as advertised. The previous reviewers are very accurate in their descriptions, including the jet hitting the face. My 5-year-old had not read the review, and chose to try it himself and was promptly rewarded.

Very fast shipping.

Now the issues -

(1)Attachments to the pipes and shut off valve that came with the product did not work for me. My house is ~50 years old. I had to make a run to the local hardware store to find the parts and struggle with it a bit. But, finally got cold water to work.

(2)The hot water pipe was too short for an aesthetic install, i.e., the only way it would work is if I went diagonally across the bathroom. The pipe fell short if I tried to take it under the crawl space or around the corner. That specific pipe is not available in ANY local store (I have searched top 4 stores) and my plumber was also flummoxed. But, the quality looks good, so I am still searching to get a longer pipe. I wish the mgf would provide a much longer pipe or sell it as an accessory.

NOTE: There is NO built in child safety lock - there is no way of stopping a toddler or a mischievous visitor to play with this and let the water run. And, even if you stop them in time, the water has spilled all over. I would not ding the mgf for this shortcoming, but something to keep in mind before buying.

Overall, I am a convert and will definitely buy this product again for my other bathroom.

I'm back to order another unit!

Martee Crosson from LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL USA - 5 out of 5.

This product works very well, and is a great alternative to more expensive all-in-one bidet toilet seats. The controls are easy to operate and well designed. Hooking up to the toilet's cold supply is very straightforward, as others have described. The hot water side took more effort.

The unit requires about six inches of side clearance to install. The orientation of the controls cannot be changed. You'll need a couple of wrenches and some Teflon pipe tape - and a drill in our case for the hot supply, because we have wood vanities.

I suppose you could run plumbing for the hot supply inside the wall behind the toilet if you are really concerned with aesthetics, but the supply line is just a length of thin white plastic tubing (think aquarium), which is very unobtrusive. As another reviewer mentioned, a cold water spray really feels more refreshing than warm, so you may choose to forego the hot side.

The dual nozzles put out two different spray pressures and patterns, which hit two different personal areas, if you know what I mean. The "wash" button runs water over the nozzles themselves to clean the assembly under the seat. The housing, which attaches easily to the toilet's seat bolts, stays down against the bowl when one lifts the seat - perhaps presenting a challenge to male accuracy.

There can be a little splashing outside the toilet, especially at first. There is a learning curve. Turn the pressure knob slowly!

I honestly don't know why bidets are so rare in American homes. We are a people obsessed with cleanliness, yet we ignore this immense improvement to personal hygiene. I had to go to Europe to discover the obvious benefits of water over dry paper.

FANTASTIC ITEM.,.I JUST LOVE MINE!!!!

Susu from Shippensburg, PA USA - 5 out of 5.

I PURCHASED THE PREMIUM BIDET MB320, AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I HAVE ONLY COLD WATER HOOKED UP SINCE IT WILL TAKE A LITTLE MORE TO HOOK UP THE WARM WATER TOO. I MAY JUST LEAVE THE COLD WATER ONLY [I'LL DECIDE IF I NEED THE WARM WATER WHEN THE WEATHER GETS COLDER AGAIN]. THIS FANTASTIC LITTLE GIZMO WORKS FANTASTICLY FOR SOMEONE WITH HANDICAPS, PLUS YOU SAVE A LOT OF MONEY ON NOT HAVING TO BUY TOILET PAPER!! I AGREE WITH THE OTHER CUSTOMERS ON THE BLEEDING HEMORROIDS, TURNING ON SLOWLY, AND DON'T BEND OVER THE TOILET WHILE TURNING ON WATER PRESSURE KNOB [MY INSTALLER DID THIS, AND IT WAS REALLY FUNNY!!!]. THIS IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I have used this product for about 2 months now, and I don't know how I ever lived without it! It is still one of the best purchases I have ever made. I forgot originally..It is great for constapation too [I guess the flowing water helps the poo to move!!]. The 2 nozzles on this one is wonderful for women. it makes you feel clean and fresh whenever you go!!

I am very happy with the H2Go Bidet MB 320 !

Paul from Lompoc,Ca - 5 out of 5.

This is the best product I bought in years and for many reasons! I been going to the doctors for past two years because of my hemorroids would bleed blood into the toilet when I was taking a dump. The doctor told me I might be straining to much, but I did not think I did. With the Bidet toilet device the problem was solved! When I turn the water spray on for 15 to 20 seconds it starts a bowel movement automatically. No blood in the toilet and I also feel they are finally healing! My butt feels way cleaner and more sanitize compared to normal toilet paper wipes. I move into the 20th century with this device! Thank-you very much! Paul

Very Good Product.. a Few things to keep in mind

Ashwin from TX, USA - 4 out of 5.

First, this is an excellent product, and this is so hygienic that this really ought to have more reviews.I wonder if its because this is such an intimate item that not many people bother coming back to place a review...

This gives such a clean and fresh feeling, but you got to watch out for the water pressure.

A FEW DONT'S:
1. After installation, DONT bend over the toilet and turn on the water pressure knob - you WILL get a spray on your face !

2. When using it, DONT be hasty and turn on the pressure EVEN half way !! the water shoots out at such speed, you WILL YELP AND JUMP OFF THE SEAT !! Trust me on that one. Turn the knob S-L-O-O-O-O-W-L-Y!

This model is quite easy to install - as long as you are not one of those who need detailed instructions. The installation instructions are quite bad, but with a little bit of tinkering, you can figure it out easily enough. Takes about 10-15 min. I dont have a connection to the hot water supply yet, so not sure how that would be, but I am looking forward to it.

It also has a nozzle cleaning push button, not sure how that works. The item doesnt come with any user instructions to speak of.

I would definitely recommend this, and am planning to install this in my other bathroom too. WELL worth the price.

Great Bidet. Easy to Install

Sudarshan K. Gupta from USA - 5 out of 5.

We are very happy with this bidet. It works great and was very easy to install. I think the total time it took me (by myself) to install this was about 15 minutes with two connections. The hot water is connected with the pipe under sink and cold water from under the toilet.
It works great! Thanks.
